Hello from Rainy France!
Can’t understand this… Temperatures are between 31°C and 27°C in the East side of the country, and here, in the so beautiful and so warm Montpellier… Rain, rain, and rain!
It could be a divine sign, telling me to have a break and go on the road as soon as possible!
Anyway… before I start thinking about taking some days off…
Here are the cards I received on my mailbox this morning.
One official card from Brazil again! This one from Rio de Janeiro, “Cidade Maravilhosa”. We’re able to see one of the most wonderful landscapes of the world in this card. That’s what I call “natural perfection”.
By the way, with this card, I added one more site to my 7 Wonders collection!
Here are three cards I received from genkigemini in Alaska. Two lovely map cards I always dreamed and which will be added to my collection right now! And the third one is a postcard of Glacier Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Alaska.
In an other envelope, three cards from Toronto, Canada. Sue was really really kind on accepting this swap! Thank you very much!
The first one is a map of Canada on a golden background, with the flag of each province on the map! Great!
While the second one is a multiview card from Toronto, the third one shows CN Tower and Rogers Centre, the ballpark of the Toronto Blue Jays. 7 Ballparks of 30 are already in!
And to conclude, I received these two cards from jordi, in Barcelona, after winning a “Guess” Lottery.
The first one shows two “Barcelonian houses” (Casas), while the second one is a mapcard of the Pyrenées-Orientales, a french department.
Let’s see what will arrive tomorrow!
