Here’s my first message after having finished my exams and projects for the University.
I’ll have now much more time to take care of my postcrossing collections…
I have now reached 50 OFFICIAL CARDS RECEIVED!
The fiftiest came from USA, and it was a new Alabama map card for my collection!
Also great was the card from the Beijing 2008 mascots, which are really really cute…
The first two cards are ad cards my girlfriend offered me after finding them while she was away on shopping… And the four others are part of a set of Martini ad cards with George Clooney, which I won on a lottery on the boards.
Soon here in the blog, a page with all the recap of the lotteries I held and all prizes I received until today. By the way… Today I won a card of Itsukushima Shrine! Can’t wait to receive it!
As Alabama, I received a second card for the states of Mississippi and New Mexico, both sent from the respective states. Even if I already had a map card from those states… Those ones are really really beautiful!
And in the french side… another department in, with this Ille-et-Vilaine map card, which arrived with another Bretagne map. I have now 21 of the 96 departments in the Metropole.
Two more NL West Ballparks to add to my new collection!
In the envelope nowaglas sent me, a wonderful card of the Chase Field, former Bank One Ballpark, where my Diamondbacks won their first World Series title in 2001.
In the coast side, I also received this card of Dodger Stadium sent by swan.
Three new beautiful sites to my collection!
The beautiful Colosseum of Rome, sent by effemedia as the prize at my victory on UNESCO Hangman Game… And the two others were also sent by nowaglas from New Mexico. Taos Pueblo and Chaco Culture are two of the three New Mexico World Heritage Sites, making only Carlsbad Caverns missing.
And to conclude, a surprise:
Greetings from the US Virgin Islands!
More news tomorrow!
